Every Sunday or public holiday, I will come to the company to confirm the arrival of the products and follow up. With his diligent, conscientious and responsible dedication, the supplier's concept of delivery quality is gradually changing. There is also inter-departmental communication with the internal department. When encountering problems, he always stands on the standpoint of the company's benefits, and provides reasonable suggestions to the top management to reduce internal friction in the company.

Our customers have annual drop requests every year. We also have cost reduction projects in procurement. He always goes out of his way to communicate with suppliers. Invite them to come to the factory to negotiate, and they can more or less fulfill the company's expectations. It is particularly worth mentioning that with the optimization of the company's system and process, each factory is also responsible for the production plan of new product development. From quoting according to the order, proofing, and making materials, we can meet the needs of customers without increasing manpower. Especially in November-December. More than 50 new products have been developed, all of which can be completed according to the schedule.
