Spreadsheet, set the formula, now all the reports need to be calculated in one form, and all the reports will be automatically popped up after inputting the drawing number, which is convenient and time-saving, and the data is more accurate and clear than the original one. As a result, I recommended this plan to the statisticians in other workshops of the new factory. Now everyone uses this form together, which saves a lot of time.
Fang Weixia is also very enthusiastic about taking care of new employees. Our warehouse clerks and statisticians have been changing people. Fang Weixia does her best to help new employees familiarize themselves with the work process, patiently teaches them how to do it, and never complains. This spirit is true. It is worth learning from. If the statisticians in other workshops ask for leave for something, they usually ask her to act as an agent, and they can do their work well during the agent. In addition, the old factory is transferred to the new factory every day, and there is no special person to manage the public iron box racks. Each workshop is required to take turns for a month, but other workshops have not implemented it well, and she alone arranges to be responsible for loading and unloading.
The cold heading workshop is not specifically responsible for cleaning. The employees are responsible for all areas of the workshop, and no one is in charge of the public areas. Therefore, she basically does the 5S in the public areas, such as cleaning the trash cans at the door every day, and cleaning the semi-finished products in the area. Cleaning and cleaning the area where waste materials are stored, as well as the cold forming workshop of rods and holes, are all done by her every time she sells waste materials, and she has persisted until now without complaining.
Whether it is production tasks or other tasks arranged by the supervisor, they can basically be completed in time, especially some urgent production tasks assigned temporarily can be tracked in time and the problems that arise can be fed back to the supervisor in time.
