Excellent employee in 2014-Fan Yanjun

Fan Yanjun joined the company in June 2013 and worked as a back office in the Fujian region of the marketing department. The 602 customers she is in charge of are the positions with the highest sales performance in the company, the most workload and the most difficult position. When I first joined the company, because I was not familiar with the product, the customer's part number was long and difficult to remember. She has to work overtime every night until more than 22:00, the delay in production and delivery, and the constant urging of customers, put a lot of pressure on her when she just joined the job, but she still gritted her teeth and persisted.

The work of receiving orders in the back office is the hardest and most tedious. In particular, there are nearly 1,600 batches of orders per month for 602, and the order time is very unstable. Sometimes an order is 200,000 yuan a day, and sometimes it is clearly placed today. It will not be reflected in the system until the next day. After Fan Yanjun discovered this rule, she put Luda's order receiving at the top of her list of tasks. Every night, I go to the system to check whether Luda has placed an order. Every day, I enter Luda's order into the system before leaving get off work.

In terms of delivery: Unit 602 will have 20 delivery batches per month according to the delivery date. In order to reduce the delivery pressure of the company and reduce the delivery batches in the Xiamen area, Fan Yanjun sorts out the order and delivers it as soon as possible after receiving an order. The delivery plan will be issued, and the products with abnormal delivery dates and the new products that have just been ordered will be fed back to the business processing as soon as possible. Throughout the entire link from order receipt to delivery to customers, she compressed her working time to the extreme without wasting any time. TPV's order time is very unstable, and the delivery cycle is short. In order to avoid the loss of the company, the packaging team can ensure the delivery at the first time every week. Fan Yanjun works overtime every Saturday night to wait for customers to place orders, and immediately sends the delivery plan to each factory manager and packaging team. In order to be able to ship normally on Monday, I came to work overtime early on Sunday morning to coordinate with the factory managers on the shipment situation. And every night, I wait until the goods are loaded and sent away before returning home from get off work (sometimes customers call the business manager at night to ask the business manager to add an order or arrange an urgent order, and ask him to reply to the delivery date, the business manager will call back immediately for consultation, because He knows that even at this late hour, the internal staff is not absent from the post except for sick time).

In terms of single delivery and forecast warehousing: in 2012-13, the delayed batches of Luda fluctuated between 15-25 batches every month. I have to review the problem points with the customer every month. Fan Yanjun has adapted to the receiving work for a period of time After that, in 2014, my monthly delayed batches did not exceed 5 batches, and the delays were all caused by quality problems. In order to meet the customer's order needs, Fan Yanjun always checks the inventory situation as soon as the order is received. When the inventory is found to be insufficient, she immediately informs the business of additional forecasts, so that the over-forecast situation can be discovered 15 days earlier, which greatly reduces production. urgent order pressure.

For more than a year, she has hardly asked for leave. Even though the work content is familiar and the ERP system has been improved, she still works overtime at least 5 nights a week until around 22:00, and she is often seen busy in the office on Sundays.

Her hard work is obvious to all. The sales performance in Fujian region in 2013 and 2014 remained at the first place. In 2014, the target delivery rate was 98%, and the actual rate was 99.31%, which was greatly appreciated by customers.

Fan Yanjun is not only hardworking, but also willing to use her brain and think. She has put forward many suggestions for back office work, and will actively solve problems on her own when encountering them. The communication with relevant departments is also very harmonious, especially the head of the production department speaks highly of her. Praising her professionalism is worth learning from.
