From January 9 to 10, 2016, our company successfully passed the ISO 14001 environmental management system certification through the strict audit of the third-party certification agency. In order to successfully pass the external audit, all departments of the company worked together and invested a lot of time and energy. The company leaders also took command in person, which greatly guaranteed the efficiency and quality of the system certification work.


One: First meeting

Before the external audit, the company has put forward requirements on how the department cooperates with the audit team to carry out the work. All departments are required to actively cooperate with the external audit work, humbly ask for advice, and take this external audit as a good opportunity to learn and improve the management level and their own quality, so as to ensure the smooth development of the external audit stage.

At the first meeting of the external audit, the audit team leader of the certification body introduced the audit purpose, audit content, audit procedure, schedule and certification scope, etc., and briefly explained the audit basis and the composition of the audit results. The company's factory director expressed a warm welcome to the external audit expert team, and put forward requirements on how each department involved in external audit should cooperate with the audit team to carry out their work.


Two: On-site audit

During the two-day stage external audit, the audit team conducted a comprehensive audit on the implementation of the system by various departments involved in the operation of our company's system and on-site and other places based on the system standards and the program documents formulated by the company, and tested the company's quality management. System, safety management system system operation effect and the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of system documents.


Three: Final meeting

At the final meeting of the external audit organized by the audit team, the audit team leader notified the audit and identification of the three-standard system, issued non-conformity items, and put forward overall requirements for the rectification of non-conformity items, requiring our company to actively investigate the non-conformity. root cause, formulate corresponding corrective measures, and implement them to responsible persons and implementation plans. In the end, the members of the audit team believed that the company's quality management system was operating well, and the relevant standards and requirements of the system were well publicized and implemented. They also fully affirmed the company's quality and environmental management work, and unanimously agreed to the certification and registration.


Four: Implement rectification

All departments conducted a comprehensive review of the external audit process, searched for and determined the reasons for the non-conformity items raised in the audit, formulated a plan for rectification measures, researched and formulated the rectification plan, and the responsible department conducted a counterpart confirmation to make rectification in place as soon as possible and quickly close the unqualified items.

The company's certification and audit work has achieved complete success, which will play a positive role in promoting the company's standardized management, which will not only greatly improve the company's reputation, but also enhance the company's market competitiveness. The company will also continue to optimize and upgrade the system documents and related forms in the future operation practice to make them more realistic, make all management work more scientific, procedural and standardized, and lay a solid foundation for the overall development of the company.
