Yongjia Aikemu and Lanzhou University of Technology developed a new type of deformed stem nut
Yongjia Aikemu Technology Co., Ltd. and Lanzhou University of Technology have developed a "deformed aluminum alloy" valve stem nut with new materials and new alloys. The "deformed aluminum alloy" valve stem nut has undergone mechanical performance inspection by China Fastener Inspection and Testing Center and valve static pressure service life test by Hefei General Electromechanical Products Inspection Institute, which fully meets the use requirements of various valves.
The new deformed aluminum alloy is an aluminum alloy whose structure and shape are changed through stamping, bending, rolling, extrusion and other processes, and the grains are refined. Its strength, hardness, compressive resistance and tensile resistance are high. The surface adopts coating, wire drawing and other processes, which strengthens the hardness of the surface and is resistant to scratches and scratches.
