1. First, check whether the power socket, plug, and power cord have any oxygen shedding or breakage. If not, you can plug in the power supply to test the machine.
2. When the motor does not turn when it is powered on, but the wheel can be turned by lightly turning the wheel by hand, it can be concluded that one of the two starting capacitors of the machine fails. In this case, it is usually only replaced by a new one.
3. Another situation is that it does not rotate when powered on, but can rotate when external force is applied, but there is a weak current sound in the motor, which is caused by a slight leakage of the starting capacitor. If the current is too loud, the motor cannot be started at all, and it is concluded that it is caused by the short circuit of the starting capacitor (the short circuit of the motor coil needs to be professionally repaired). In the absence of professional equipment, you can first remove the capacitor (4uf/400v), insert the two leads into the zero and live wire jacks of the mains to charge the capacitor, and then remove the two leads to short-circuit and discharge. If there is a discharge spark and a loud "pop" sound at this time, it means that the capacitor can be used; if the spark and the sound are weak, it means that the capacity of the capacitor has decreased, and it needs to be replaced or a small capacitor is added. If the capacitor has been damaged and short-circuited, this method cannot be used, and it must be replaced with a new product of the same specification to repair.
(3) Maintenance of small high-speed pulverizers:
Small high-speed pulverizer: This kind of pulverizer is generally of good quality and is not easy to be damaged, and daily maintenance is more important. The following is the maintenance focus of small high-speed pulverizers such as pulverizers.
1. Check whether the lubrication of the bearing is good
2. Check whether all fasteners are fastened.
3. Check whether the transmission belt is installed correctly and in good condition. If the belt is damaged, it should be replaced in time. When there is oil on the belt or sheave, it should be wiped with a clean rag in time.
4. Check whether the protective device is in good condition. If the protective device is found to be unsafe, it should be eliminated in time.
5. Check whether there are materials or other sundries in the damaged cavity, and remove them if necessary.
6. Check whether the jack or jacking screw of the hydraulic jacking machine is retracted, and whether the adjusting gasket is installed correctly and pressed tightly.

The crusher is a commonly used agricultural machinery. During the working process of the fan on the crusher, due to the very high speed, the harsh working environment, and the poor sealing, the sand will cause serious wear to the fan, and the impeller body and the hub will be rivets. The head fell off, and fatigue cracks appeared in the rivet holes. How to repair the fan has become a thorny problem. If the maintenance method is slightly improper, the purpose of repair will not be achieved, and the fan may be completely scrapped. Fans are all tested for dynamic balance. Because of their high speed, their balance requirements are also very high, especially the impeller of the fan is very sensitive to the imbalance of the periphery, but the requirements for the small imbalance in the core are not very high. According to this feature, the faults that are prone to occur in the impeller can be repaired by the following methods:
The following introduces a simple and practical maintenance method for the crusher fan:
1. If the rivet head of the impeller is worn, the worn rivet head can be returned to the original normal state by pressing the impeller body and the hub with electric welding surfacing.
2. In the case where fatigue cracks are likely to occur at the rivet hole, the whole new electrode that has not been used can be used to repair the crack, but it should be carried out symmetrically with the axis of the impeller as the center, and the remaining electrode for repair welding at the crack should be left. At this point, a new electrode is used to repair the symmetrical rivet hole crack. After welding, the remaining electrode is as long as the remaining electrode when the symmetrical rivet is repaired, so as to ensure that the weight of the welding repair is equal.
If there is no crack at the symmetrical rivet hole, the electrode should also be surfacing here to offset the newly repaired welding weight at the symmetrical rivet hole crack. The crack can be repaired by welding according to this method of symmetrical supplementary weight.
3. Perform a simple dynamic balance test on the impeller, and the method is also very simple. After supporting the impeller, turn it by hand to make it rotate gently. If the impeller cannot reach the balance, it will stop to the lowest point and swing left and right. If there is a heavy weight, you can spot weld on the opposite impeller, increase the weight to balance it, or use an angle grinder to grind off the welding marks of the heavy weight impeller, and the balance can also be achieved, so that the fan can be repaired and work normally.
4. Note that in the process of repairing the fan, electric welding cannot be used for random spot welding, and the welding marks are left on the impeller, so as not to affect the balance of the fan impeller, fail to achieve the purpose of repair, and cause greater losses.
