2. Because this type of alarm is a mechanical displacement motion control, there are phenomena such as friction and stuck.

3. Maintenance is complicated.

4. The mercury switch is easy to be damaged and the maintenance cost is high.

5. The operating pressure is low, and the maximum is generally not greater than 3.8MPa.


(2) Advantages and disadvantages of magnetic control boiler water level alarm:

1. The alarm is not affected by water quality, suitable for any water quality, and there is no scaling problem.

2. Simple structure.

3. Less affected by water level fluctuations.

4. User selection According to different situations of various users, the above three boiler water level alarms have their own advantages and disadvantages. For high-pressure boilers, only electrode-type boiler water level alarms can be used, because it is especially suitable for high-pressure boilers. For small and medium-sized enterprises, it should be preferred, float type boiler water level alarm and electrode type boiler water level alarm, for the shortcomings of electrode type boiler water level alarm:

1. Affected by water quality, there is a scaling problem.
