Chen Jianyu said that the global quantitative easing monetary policies of various countries have failed in the spring of this year, and crude oil prices have plummeted, dragging down the global economy. In January, the export performance of Taiwan screws declined by 12%, and the export value declined by 17.8%. Now the EU cancels the anti-dumping of the mainland, which makes Taiwan's export screw industry even worse. Chen Jianyu pointed out that the cancellation of anti-dumping duties in mainland China bears the brunt of ordinary and standard products. In addition to suggesting that the government optimize the investment environment for screws and assist industry transformation, it is recommended to move towards high value-added screw production, such as industrial grade, automobile and motorcycle, 3C and aerospace, etc. The development of high-end industrial products will enhance export competitiveness.

Chen Jianyu said that TFTA is a national organization.
