"This is the first digital factory in the industry that we spent 150 million yuan to build." Wang Shui, the company's deputy general manager, told reporters vividly that by building a digital workshop, the original cold machine became a warm "life", and the entire workshop changed. Gotta be smart.


Digital workshops directly bring about improvements in production efficiency and quality. Originally, the production of warp knitting machine parts needed to be completed on a variety of machine tools according to the process, but now only one production unit can be achieved, and the labor is only one-fifth of the original.


Wuyang has exchanged development efficiency by replacing people with machines, while Jinshi has driven the upgrade of equipment manufacturing with production robots. Walking into Jinshi Robot Changzhou Co., Ltd., the giant robot with a length of 72 meters and a height of 6.8 meters is flexibly rotating in front of the CNC machine tool, grasping, cutting, installing and transporting in one go. This is the first truss robot in China that adopts the Chinese language programming system. Liu Jinshi, general manager of the company, said that with this truss robot, enterprises can set up large-scale factories in a short period of time.

From product to brand - hidden champions are everywhere


Technology monopoly and dependence on imports have always been a major bottleneck restricting the development of the equipment manufacturing industry. It has become the goal of many Wujin manufacturing enterprises to be known as a national brand and to open up the world market.


Founded in 2005, Hengli Oil Cylinder Company has broken the monopoly of other countries' technology in the field of high-pressure oil cylinders with independent research and development in just two years. This year, the company spent another 600 million yuan to launch the hydraulic motor project. Qiu Yongning, general manager of the company, told reporters that the four major hydraulic core components of high-pressure oil cylinder, hydraulic pump, valve and motor have been monopolized by foreign companies for a long time, which has always been the "throat" pain of China's equipment manufacturing industry. After years of hard work, Hengli has successively conquered core technologies such as high-pressure oil cylinders, hydraulic pumps, and valves. "After the completion of this new project, an annual production capacity of 50,000 hydraulic motors will be formed, marking that all hydraulic core components have been manufactured in Wujin."
