This is a problem that small and medium-sized enterprises will encounter in the process of realizing intelligent manufacturing. So how to solve it, Director Xu put forward the following important suggestions:
1. Advanced target products and good market prospects are the prerequisites for the implementation of intelligent manufacturing. That is, what products are made with intelligent manufacturing? 1. Advanced technology, preferably digital and intelligent products, as far as the fastener industry is concerned, such as Wisdom Star Fasteners; the market prospect is good, the production capacity is insufficient, and there will be no new excess capacity. Therefore, if the product is outdated and the market prospect is not good, engaging in intelligent manufacturing is tantamount to courting death.
Second, the implementation of lean production and optimization of production processes are the foundation. In the fastener industry, there are still many phenomena of simple production process, dirty production environment, and extensive production. To truly realize intelligence, this status quo must be changed.
Third, finding a breakthrough is the key. Grasp the key links; grasp the links that can achieve results faster. It is the main principle for many enterprises to choose the breakthrough point.
Fourth, the point-production line-workshop-factory is a reasonable implementation path. The same is true for fastener companies. The main goal is to maximize economic benefits. Do not blindly pursue high level, high automation, and high intelligence. You can use intelligent technology to solve one of the most urgent problems, such as quality problems.
5. Conducting demand analysis is a necessary procedure. Recognize what problems your business needs to solve the most? It is the labor cost, low efficiency, product quality that needs to be improved, energy saving and emission reduction, environmental protection issues... Targeted intelligent transformation is not required to be comprehensive, and this cannot be solved overnight.
