On April 27, 2021, the "Green Forging Enterprise Evaluation Criteria Part 2: Automotive Hot Die Forging Enterprise Evaluation" organized by China Forging Association was successfully held in Hefei City, Anhui Province. The standard was developed by Anhui Anhui Machinery Co., Ltd.


The meeting began with a speech by Li Fenghua, director of the Standards Committee of China Forging Association. Director Li Fenghua introduced the overall situation of the current group standard work of China Forging Association and the formulation of this standard to the participating experts and business leaders. So far, the China Forging Association has formally established 29 standards for research and development groups and released 11 standards. The standards for the establishment of the project cover products, processes, materials, equipment, green manufacturing, information construction, personnel training, and industry management. Fill in the blank of national and industry standards, increase the effective supply of standards, and meet the needs of the market and technological innovation. Anhui Anhui Machinery Co., Ltd. is the governing unit of China Forging Association. Since the association started the group standard work, it has actively supported and participated in the association's group standard work, and played an active leading and exemplary role in the association's group standard work. With the joint efforts of all participating units, the standard project establishment, drafting, discussion, solicitation of opinions, and standard revision and improvement have been completed according to the procedures and plans, and officially entered the expert review stage.

Coinciding with the start of the "14th Five-Year Plan" and the 100th anniversary of the founding of the party, a new era, new opportunities, new goals, and new challenges require new achievements! Led by the company and jointly drafted by well-known forging enterprises, universities and institutes in Anhui Province, the group standard of China Forging Association "Evaluation Criteria for Green Forging Enterprises Part 2: Evaluation of Automotive Hot Die Forging Enterprises" entered the expert review meeting stage according to the standard formulation process . The release of this standard will jointly promote the technological progress and green development of the forging industry!


The review experts who attended the meeting included: Mr. Zhu Desong, Technical Director of Nanjing Automobile Forging Co., Ltd.; Ms. Xue Jier, expert of China Foundry Association; Mr. Xue Kemin, Professor of the School of Materials, Hefei University of Technology; Mr. Gong Aijun, Deputy General Manager of Jiangsu Senwei Precision Forging Co., Ltd.; Ms. Li Ping, a professor at the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Hefei University of Technology, was led by expert Zhu Desong. Standard drafting units include: Anhui Anhui Machinery Co., Ltd., Anhui Hefei Auto Forging Co., Ltd., Anhui Pengyan New Materials Co., Ltd., Anhui Tianfang Industrial Engineering Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd., Anhui University of Technology, Anhui Engineering University, Anqing Normal University the University. At the meeting, Xu Gaolai, deputy general manager of Anhui Anhui Machinery Co., Ltd., the leading unit of the drafting of the standards, reported on the preparation instructions, standard content and processing results of the consultation stage of the group standards.


After inquiries, discussions and deliberation by experts, it was unanimously agreed to change the name of the standard from "Evaluation Criteria for Green Forging Enterprises Part 2: Evaluation of Automotive Die Forging Enterprises" to "Evaluation Criteria for Green Forging Enterprises Part 2: Evaluation of Automotive Hot Die Forging Enterprises". Experts agreed that this standard was formulated for the first time in accordance with GB/T 36132-2018 "General Principles of Green Factory Evaluation", in line with the requirements of the national green manufacturing industry policy, the evaluation system and evaluation indicators are advanced, scientific, and highly operable; Harmless raw materials, clean production, recycling of waste, and low-carbon energy have guiding significance and are urgently needed by automotive hot die forging enterprises; it has filled the blank of green evaluation standards for automotive hot die forging enterprises, and various technical indicators have reached the domestic advanced level. The meeting was chaired by Sun Jiaojiao, director of the Standards Committee of China Forging Association. Leaders of some drafting units and members of the drafting working group attended the meeting.
